Hi there! I’m looking for creative and spirited tweens to photograph for my Vancouver, WA portrait studio.

I want to go beyond just taking pretty pictures—I aim to capture your tween’s unique personality and the special connection you share ❤️

Your tween is at such an exciting stage, full of growth, individuality, so much potential, and oh-so brief. These moments—before they grow up and head off to carve their own paths—are priceless. Whether it’s their curiosity, creativity, or the little quirks that make them who they are, I want to celebrate this incredible time in their lives and your relationship with them.

My daughter was very excited for the photoshoot after the initial consultation where she got to see all of the dresses and backdrop. The photo session was a lot of fun too. She was patient while we decided where each picture should be taken and she set aside plenty of time for the whole shoot. Her relaxed and easy-going manner made the experience fun and easy. The photos look great and we even got a few with the family dog. The whole process from picture day to presentation to picking up printed photos takes several weeks, so plan accordingly. It’s well worth the wait and, I think, pretty standard for most high quality photographers. We loved working with Tammy and will see her again for family portraits.

FAQs

Can you tell me more about the gift certificate?

The gift certificate is for $400.00. This covers the session fee; the balance can be put towards artwork.

Where is your studio located?

My studio is conveniently located in Vancouver, WA, between Mill Plain and 500 near I-205.

When is this going to happen?

I’m looking to complete this in the next six weeks. Sessions will be booked Monday through Friday in studio or about 1 ½ hours before sunset in the Vancouver area. Weekend appointments are available for an additional fee and are subject to availability.

Do I have to pay anything to book my session?

While the gift certificate covers your session, I request a refundable $200 reservation fee to hold your session date/time. This helps ensure your spot is held just for you. I dedicate the entire day to each session, so this fee helps me plan my schedule and make sure I can give every family my full attention.

The reservation fee is fully refundable if you decide not to purchase anything. If you do choose to purchase artwork from your session, the fee will be applied as a credit toward your order.

What are the age requirements?

Tween age is between 9 and 12 years old.
