Fairy Photographer - Vancouver WA

If you know me you know that I love photographing fairies. I've become known in these parts as the fairy photographer. I've been asked from time to time "How did you end up being a fairy photographer?"

Well, I just kind of fell into it. When I was new to my photography business I was looking for different things to do and stumbled across a Fairy Portrait Success System online and purchased it. Probably one of the best purchases for my business that I've made. I started out small with just a few tutus and a green screen. I posted on Facebook and had my first fairy day.

Let me tell you when the girls walked in they were less than impressed. They looked at the green screen and asked "Where are the fairies?". Of course, I told them we were going to play pretend and the fairies would be in the pictures.

After photographing all the fairies that day I had to edit them, which means I had to cut out all the little girls in their tutus from the green screen and paste them on a more fairy-like background. This took a lot longer than I anticipated so after that I decided to invest in a set. Little by little I collected things that I felt I needed to turn my studio into a fairy wonderland. Today when the little girls walk in they are very impressed and settle in for some fairy fun. And that is how I became known as the fairy photographer.
